El Calvario is a neighborhood located in one of the upper class municipalities of Caracas: El Hatillo. Many of the inhabitants of El Calvario work in the surrounding areas, especially in the Historic District, which is a tourist area.
Since 2015, every December, there is a party called “El Calvario Puertas Abiertas”. This activity is cataloged as an experience of artistic mediation aimed at socio-spatial integration between this neighborhood and the historic center of El Hatillo.
