El Calvario is a neighborhood located in one of the upper class municipalities of Caracas: El Hatillo. Many of the inhabitants of El Calvario work in the surrounding areas, especially in the Historic District, which is a tourist area.
Since 2015, every December, there is a party called «El Calvario Puertas Abiertas». This activity is cataloged as an experience of artistic mediation aimed at socio-spatial integration between this neighborhood and the historic center of El Hatillo. In the 2018 edition I participated and made a record of what the neighborhood and this experience meant to me.
